• One-on-one Somatic Healing Sessions, which are held with Allie, are only available after connecting with her to discuss your particular situation, starting with this preliminary form. Already-existing client of Allie's? Book sessions with her here.
   

• There are additional offerings specific to professionals on a separate page (although we welcome and often serve professionals with the offerings available here too!).
   

• Classes don't appear on the calendar when they are booked full. If you'd like to be on the text list to be notified when someone cancels and/or there are unexpected openings for a class, click here (from your phone) or text the word RR-OPENINGS to (463) 235-7171.

Some helpful things to know as you're scheduling appointments....

1. For one-on-one appointments, we have flexible pricing depending on your financial resources. After selecting the appointment type you want, you will be shown available "Add-ons", where you can check a box to "Give Support to Others" or "Receive Support from Others".
    

2. For classes and group programs, payment is required to reserve your spot. Tips are not expected for group work! However, if you wish to contribute to the tip jar, we utilize those funds to provide sessions and classes for those who have trouble affording them.
    

3. Consider creating a login if you haven't already (enabled AFTER you have booked your first appointment), as it makes your booking process more streamlined, and you can view all your past and future appointments. (If these do not appear for you after creating an account, text us at (463) 235-7171 and we can adjust it.)
