Educational Programs & Drop-In Classes

Our programs such as Feel to Heal and the Yes/No & Letting Go workshop equip clients with information and experiences that are crucial for those seeking to heal from trauma, chronic pain, emotional regulation issues, autonomic nervous system dysregulation, and many other related conditions. They are an incredibly affordable and effective way to change the paradigm for clients stuck in patterns that may have been borne out of survival but are now causing them suffering and pain.

Our Release & Refresh drop-in classes provide an extremely accessible and safe way for clients to begin engaging the body in their healing journey, particularly the muscles, fascia, and autonomic nervous system. It is great for those on a tight budget, those who aren't ready to commit to deeper somatic work, or those who would benefit from periodic sessions of reconnecting with their body in a meaningful way.

Bodywork

Additionally, receiving safe, attuned touch via our Trauma-Informed Massage that effectively stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system and reduces body tension is key for many clients as they seek to heal, grow, and change patterns of tension. Our Somatic Healing Sessions, led by practitioners who have undergone 3 years of professional training via Somatic Experiencing International, also provide crucial work in renegotiating the way one's past trauma is held in and expressed by the body.​
