In addressing long-held tension patterns and stuck places in a person's life and body, the nervous system, myofascial structures, and emotions are given the chance to align and integrate.

Like a massage for the nervous system, this trauma-informed, body-centric class utilizes simple stretches and well-designed nervous system exercises that facilitate release of fight/flight and freeze responses and usher in deeper centering and joy. A 1.5-hour and a 2-hour version of this class are available.
